I've not tried this (and have no opportunity to test it)
but you could try adding:

Application.DisplayAlerts = False

to a Workbook_open (or other) macro.

I have a set files that linked outside another workbook. When the marco run excel ask to update the link file. how to ignore that message and run complete macro.
