after upgrade to excel and immediately after installing SMF Add-In and opening any file it froze (even file with no SMF functions. after deleting the RCH_Srock_Market_Functions.xla the excel back to normal with all files with SMF functions return error.

Sorry, but I haven't a clue as to what might be going on. I'm still on
EXCEL 2010 and Vista and have no access to other versions of EXCEL and OS.
But I believe there are others using EXCEL 2016 successfully.
I doubt it will help, but you could try uninstalling the add-in, exiting
and restarting EXCEL, and try installing it again...

Dear Mr. Harmelink,
My computer has Windows 10 and Office 2016.
After downloading the SMF and inserting the "v" sign in the empty square in Excel Options /Add-ins /Add-ins available /Stock Market Functions Add-In any excel (even blank) freeze after first action such as insert font in cell and press enter.
After I remove the "v" from the square and restart the excel I can work normally except (of course) with the SMF functions.
