Hi Randy,

The template "SMF-Template-Google-Balance-Sheet-Tables.xls http://ogres-crypt.com/SMF/Templates/SMF-Template-Google-Balance-Sheet-Tables.xls" isn't working anymore. Is this a known problem?

I only receive NA and Error (see attached).

Could you please give me guidance on how to solve this?

I'm currently running this version on Excel 2007;
Stock Market Functions add-in, Version 2.1.2017.08.13 (C:\SMF ADD-IN; Windows (32-bit) NT 6.02; 12.0; ; Local; 1)

Many thanks!

Best,
Rico

Hi Randy,

Is the function smfPricesBetween currently working?

I tried a simple array paste using (ctrl shit enter) of
=smfPricesBetween("IBM",TODAY()-365,TODAY())

And it returns no values, nor does it look like the function tried to search for data.

Working fine here:

Open Date Open Price High Date High Price Low Date Low Price Close Date Close
Price Volume Previous Close Total Return CAGR
2016-09-19 $149.22 2017-02-16 $179.13 2017-08-21 $139.13 2017-09-15 $144.82
981480200 $148.23 -2.3% -2.3%

Are you using the beta version of the add-in? You need the updates for
Yahoo's historical quotes.

Has anyone been able to access gurufocus' data? Just want to make sure that I'm doing something wrong.

Thanks,
Daniel

Sigh. Looks like they've changed things again. Not sure when I'll have a
change to look at it.

Turned out to be an easy fix. They just changed how they coded a label on
the web page. I just uploaded a new ZIP file:

http://ogres-crypt.com/SMF/RCH_Stock_Market_Functions-2.1.2017.09.17.zip

That is now the official release of the add-in, and there is no more beta
release.

I just created a blog for the SMF Add-in:

https://smf-add-in.blogspot.com/ https://smf-add-in.blogspot.com/

It's an experiment I want to try, to provide people a way to keep up-to-date with issues and file updates without having to deal with the noise level on the Yahoo or Google discussion groups.

Great idea Randy!

Already subscribed to your blog through blogtrottr . com so I'll stop bothering you about issues I could have easily resolved by simply updating for instance ;)

Cheers
