There is always hope (it's just how much effort it takes to achieve it). In your case, it depends on how well defined your word doc is. If the only time a blank line occurs is between company records, then it's simpler than other wise. I assume that your final table has headers
Company Add_line1 Add_line2 Add_line3 City State Zip
and not
Company Add_line1 Add_line2 Add_line3 CityStateZip
If so, you'll need to have a list of all possible states in your records, so that you can locate the state (string) in the CityStateZip field; then, everything before it is the city (string) and everything after it is the zip code (string).
