Saya ada pertanyaan mengenai rumus IF pada excel, adapun pertanyaannya adalah sebagai berikut :

Jika M Mov>=4, Call >=3, Qty>=20 adalah Fast Moving
M Mov<=3, Call <=2, QTY<=20 adalah Medium Moving
M Mov<=1, Call <=1, QTY<=1 adalah slow Moving

Mohon bantu untuk menentukan rumusnya.

jika ketiga kriteria adalah *PASTI TIDAK MENGANDUNG PECAHAN *(misal 1.25
ataupun 35.899)
tetapi pasti BILANGAN BULAT (positip maupun negatip)

maka rumusnya

dlm email memang ada* syarat yg mendua (ambigous) yaitu SYARAT untuk QTY *
yaitu untuk dua hasil yg berbeda syaratnya (untuk QTY sama >20)

Dear Yudi,

File terlampir menggunakan tabel bantu kriteria. Merepotkan saja ya..
Sekedar wacana saja, siapa tahu kedepannya kelak kriteria akan berkembang.
Mungkin juga bisa diterapkan pada kasus berkriteria yang lain.

Formula menggunakan fungsi LookUp. Yang di-lookup adalah sebuah nilai
komposit. Jadi tabel kriteria berupa tabel berbasis (primary key-nya) adalah
kolom komposit.
Struktur komposit yang digunakan adalah *MMOVcallQTY* dengan struktur digit
: 4 3 5
=LOOKUP(D2*10^8+E2*10^5+F2+0.1,$J$2:$J$4,$K$2:$K$4)

saya pakai *Jamu Tolak Gembrott* yg kemarin katanya *
tak-gendong-ke-mana-mana*
oleh mbak siti itu

2.
Dntuk length = 7160 ( yaitu antara 6000 sd 9000) , hasilnya seharusnya *
0.75*
tetapi di contohkan = 0.67 / apakah contohnya salah atau rumusnya yg salah
ya
mohon berita..

Maksudnya di worksheet TDK-R, bisa terdiri dari beberapa baris data yg mempunyai data unik yg sama, tapi isi length nya berbeda2....
Sehingga hrs dicari length yg paling kecil utk dijadikan referensi masuk kapasitas mana nya

Coba array formula :
=IF(ISERROR($A2),"",LOOKUP(MIN(IF('TDK-R'!$A$2:$A$117=$A2,'TDK-R'!$I$2:$I$117+0.0001)),'data
base'!$B$3:$B$7,'data base'!$D$3:$D$7))
IsError untuk trap error akibat array formula unique list di kolom A.
LookUp untuk mengambil nilai kapasitas dari sheet database berdasar kolom
batas bawahnya.
Yang di-lookup (lookup value) adalah nilai minimum Length dari sheet TDK-R
yang data unitnya (komposit key data) sama
Penambahan 0.0001 untuk memastikan lookup bekerja seperti vlookup dengan
match_type TRUE (approximate).

letakkan rumus ini di sel D2 dan E2 (worksheet hasil ) :

=SMALL(('TDK-R'!$A$2:$A$22=A2)*('TDK-R'!$I$2:$I$22),1)

rumus diatas adalah rumus array formula ( jadi saat entri , lalu akhiri dgn [Ctrl] + [Shifte] bersamaan lalu tekan [Enter]hasilnya :

karena ada pencarian nilai MINIMUM di suatu array

Koreksi : = SMALL(('TDK-R'!$A$2:$A$22=A2)*('TDK-R'!$I$2:$I$22),1)seharusnya : =SMALL(IF(('TDK-R'!$A$2:$A$200=$A$2),('TDK-R'!$I$2:$I$200)),1)koreksi : =IF(('data base'!$B$3:$B$7<=D2)*(D2<='data base'!$C$3:$C$7),'data base'!$D$3:$D$7)seharusnya : =SMALL(IF(('data base'!$B$3:$B$7<=$E2)*($E2<='data base'!$C$3:$C$7),'data base'!$D$3:$D$7),1) saya membagi menjadi 2 kolom supaya rumusnya mudah dibaca

rumus diatas adalah rumus array formula ( jadi saat entri , lalu akhiri dgn [Ctrl] + [Shifte] bersamaan lalu tekan [Enter]
hasilnya :

argument ke#4 pada Fungsi VLOOKUP, Defatultnya adalah TRUE (jika tidak diisi
akan dianggap TRUE)

dgn demikian rumus tsb masih bisa diperpendek (dikurangi 5 karakter) menjadi
*=VLOOKUP(MIN(IF('TDK-R'!$A$2:$A$117=A3,'TDK-R'!$I$2:$I$117)), 'data
base'!$B$3:$D$7,3)*

jangan lupa, Array Formula (dlm kasus ini array formula dgn Hasil Tunggal,
ditulis hanya di satu cell)
harus di akhiri dengan penekanan 3 tombol : *Ctrl + Shift , ENTER*
