"Easy" and "Simple" are not necessarily the same thing.

There are SO many things that have to be "just right" for it all to work.
It could even be something to do with the data in the cells.
Or something in the code WITHIN the function that isn't working properly.

Can you try changing the ranges to point to blank cells and see if it works?

I'd be GLAD to take a look at your file for you if you can send it to me directly.
