Turns out that I needed a fix from 2010... I never use IE directly, so it must have been reset at some point as the (Access Data Sources Across Domains' option and set to 'Enable') fix cured it.
I found it in the Links... not sure which Tips and FAQs page you're referring to??

Thanks for the comment on the lack of confidence on their data. I'm looking at other sources and I'm looking at Gurufocus to decide if it is worth paying for their data.
