You need to provide an example of what you want the results to be.  Create a sample spreadsheet and fill in all the numbers by hand.  Then upload it to the group's files area and indicate which are the numbers that need to be calculated automatically, and what process you used to do them by hand.

There's no point in our trying to guess - you need to describe in detail what needs to be done, and we can then look at formulas, etc, to do it.
