Sorry, no jelly. Had tried this before with the same results. Had to remove the old Add-in and reinstall the new one to get the SMF context menu entry. Then ran the Fix Links option. Result was all the cells changed from #NAME to Error.
Since any new spreadsheet works correctly there is a workaround I suspect using Copy - Paste but I would prefer to solve the problem.

You can always run the macro from the macro dialog (although you need to
type in the name). I have it assigned to a button on my Quick Access
Toolbar.
If you're getting "Error" returned, it does mean the functions are running.
It sounds like there is a problem with those functions, not with the
workbook or the links. Copying them to another worksheet should still
results in an "Error" result.
Can you give me an example of one of those functions?
