You wouldn't SEE the macro. You have to type it in. That macro dialog only
shows macros in open workbooks. The add-in is not a workbook.
Unfortunately, that's the way Microsoft designed it.

I wrote the smfFixLinks macro because the Data/Edit Links/Open Source
process is not a reliable way to fix the problem. And you do NOT want to
enable macros. That can expose your system to all types of security issues.
Because this macro is in an authorized add-in, it already has security
rights.
As far as only seeing 11 stock symbols, that's usually a result of an
invalid ticker symbol. Yahoo doesn't always behave well with a bad ticker
symbol in the list.

Ok thank you..Yes, I removed the bad symbols and works fine..I will not enable macros...how to get smfFixLinks macro run?

None that I'm aware of it. BarChart used to have it, but moved their data
behind a protected API.
