I have also attached a screenshot of the message I get when converting a Note (The old Comments) to a Comment, Excel's new comments with a purple triangle in the right hand corner. Excel changed the functionality of the comments so I doubt it works unless you re-write the Function. You would probably need a subscription to Office 365 and the new Excel update to test it and write it. Not sure if you have that or not.
A bigger problem is that the SMF Add-in runs very very slowly now. It still works but takes 20 times longer to fetch the data. This is very frustrating and something I have to fix. I'm not sure where to start with this.
