Sorry, but those items aren't within the source code of the URL you are
using. They are retrieved from QuoteMedia via a script that is protected,
and then placed onto the web page when it is rendered by a browser.

Is this function still working? Two weeks ago, I would get good pricing data, then "--", back to good data, but since Jan 18th just "--" displays. I tried stepping thru the VBA code, and it seems the server URL isn't being found. Using version 2.1.2017.11.04

It's working fine for me.

It can go wonky if you have an invalid symbol in the list. Yahoo doesn't
always act gracefully in that case. Did you try the template to see if it
works?

Also, note that there has been more than one change to that function since
2017.11.04...

Then it has to be on my end! I tried the newest version of the SMF add-in, templates from several backups, and a new simple spreadsheet with only one good ticker symbol to lookup. I also reloaded
Excel, to no avail. FWIW: The RCHGetElementNumber function does work, so I'll keep trying to debug.
Thank you for confirming that indeed the Yahoo! data feed and your function aren't the problem!

What do you get with:

=smfGetYahooPortfolioView("MMM","15")
=RCHGetWebData("
https://query1.finance.yahoo.com/v7/finance/quote?fields=regularMarketPrice&formatted=false&symbols=MMM
")
