Take a look at the RCHCreateComment() function (or VBA code).

I don't have access to the X-Ray area, so can't help with details there.

I can say you'll need to log in with IE or the EXCEL Web Query dialog
(preferred) to create the proper security cookie so that you MAY be able to
access the charts. However, that assumes they are images, and not some
application-based charts. If they are interactive, using an application,
you probably won't be able to bring them into EXCEL.
