Dear Mas Anton,
Saya juga ada pengalaman dengan Open Office Spreadsheet khususnya Libre Office.
Tempo hari saya menggunakan libre dan Excel 2007 (portable) karena sudah friendly user untuk menghitung gaji dan parah banget jadinya karena rumusnya bisa berubah sendiri dan data tidak bisa update. Menurut pengakuan rekan saya yang bagian IT katanya itu libre office yang tidak kompatible dengan excel 2007 'portable', kemudian saya meminta kepada perusahaan untuk membeli excel 2013 dan ternyata bukan karena 'portable' nya tetapi karena memang compability dari liber office yang kurang dan ada banyak rumus yang tidak bisa, misalnya Edate, Eomonth (yang lain saya belum coba).
Jadi sebaiknya jangan menggunakan produk openoffice. Ada software Office lain namanya kingsoft, lebih friendly user, tetapi saya temukan kemarin ada rumus yang komplex di Excel bisa jalan sedangkan di kingsoft spreadsheet belum bisa jalan.
Jadi sebaiknya pakailah excel, jangan campur-campur softwarenya.

Bagian yang berbunyi
DATEDIF(B4;TODAY();"d")
bisa diganti menjadi :
Today()-b4
Formula menjadi :
=IF(TODAY()>B4;TODAY-b4+1;0)
Fungsi DateDif tidak ada dalam openoffice. Fungsi ini juga tidak didokumentasikan dalam Excel (entah apa penyebabnya).

Terus terang, kalau lihat di file Excelnya, formulanya berbunyi =NA() dan pasti menghasilkan error value #N/A. Andai fungsi NA() dalam cell tersebut dihilangkan, berarti tidak muncul #N/A lagi kan ya...
Atau sebenarnya ada formula Excel yang menggunakan fungsi yang tidak ada di openoffice ? Nah formula Excel yang menyebabkan di openoffice jadi keluar error value itu bunyinya seperti apa ya ?

Terus terang, kalau lihat di file Excelnya, formulanya berbunyi =NA() dan pasti menghasilkan error value #N/A. Andai fungsi NA() dalam cell tersebut dihilangkan, berarti tidak muncul #N/A lagi kan ya...
Atau sebenarnya ada formula Excel yang menggunakan fungsi yang tidak ada di openoffice ? Nah formula Excel yang menyebabkan di openoffice jadi keluar error value itu bunyinya seperti apa ya ?

Pakai SumProduct saja ya... OpenOffice punya fungsi SumProduct juga kok.
Bahkan lebih bagus dari Excel.
Formula Excel :
=countifs($T$5:$T$283;T392;$O$5:$O$283;">1")-countifs($T$5:$T$283;T392;$O$5:$O$283;">7")
bahasa manusia :
"Hitung jumlah cacah dari records yang kolom T nya adalah senilai T392 dan
kolom O nya lebih dari 1 tapi tidak lebih dari 7"
Diubah menjadi memanfaatkan fungsi SumProduct :
=SumProduct( ($T$5:$T$283=T392) * ($O$5:$O$283>1) * ($O$5:$O$283<7) )
Jika di OpenOffice, formula SumProduct di atas juga bisa ditulis dengan :
(regional setting Indonesian)

tetap mudah kok...
malah lebih mudah daripada harus buka-buka customUI editor
Cukup selalu sediakan 2 file xml bernama customUI.xml dan customUI14.xml
dalam folder customUI (simpan sepanjang masa deh)
Lalu siapkan 2 baris untuk .rels dalam sebuah textfile (simpan juga
sepanjang masa).
Tiap kali mau buat ribbon, open archive dan angkut folder customUI simpanan
beserta edit .rels dan copas tambahannya

malah lebih mudah daripada harus buka-buka customUI editor
Cukup selalu sediakan 2 file xml bernama customUI.xml dan customUI14.xml
dalam folder customUI (simpan sepanjang masa deh)
Lalu siapkan 2 baris untuk .rels dalam sebuah textfile (simpan juga
sepanjang masa).
Tiap kali mau buat ribbon, open archive dan angkut folder customUI simpanan
beserta edit .rels dan copas tambahannya

gimana kalau inputnya langsung di sheet Gabung saja ?
dengan asumsi bahwa kolom-kolom beserta urutannya yang ada di 3 sheet PT,
LINGRT, UMUM adalah sama, berarti di sheet gabung nanti cukup ditambahkan 1
kolom lagi dengan nama Asal
Semua data dari sheet PT diisi di sheet gabung disertai penulisan kata PT
di kolom Asal
Semua data dari sheet LINGRT dan UMUM juga demikian, dengan isian kolom
Asal adalah LINGRT dan UMUM.
Setelah semua data yang ada sudah masuk ke sheet gabung, maka setiap record
baru, langsung tulis di sheet gabung beserta mengisi kolom Asal.
Untuk menampilkan output yang Asal berisi PT saja atau UMUM saja jauh lebih
mudah jadinya.
Artinya, Input untuk tabel yang sama, cukup dibedakan dengan isian kolom
yang berbeda dan bukan di sheet yang berbeda.

Hai Agus,
Relatif sulit untuk mengetahui penyebabnya saking beragamnya dan tergantung
perlakuan setempat.
Pada umumnya, recovery muncul karena file tersebut corrupt.
Penyebab corrupt ada bermacam-macam, mulai dibukanya si file di versi yang
lebih rendah, file excel dibuat tidak dengan excel, aplikasi excel setempat
belum di update ke SP terakhir yang ada, sampai pada hal ijin si user belum
dimiliki untuk membuka file tersebut (lihat user previllages milik si OS
terhadap file dan foldernya). Itu baru yang umumnya. Masih banyak penyebab
lain yang lebih spesifik dan tergantung keadaan setempat. Termasuk pengaruh
size dan kondisi harddisk.
Biasanya (hanya biasanya loh ya),
1. Ketika Excel yang terbuka ditutup semuanya, kemudian dicari file-file
temporary Excel yang pernah dibuka dan membuat masalah lalu dihapus, maka
Excel bisa relatif lancar membuka file.
2. File Excel yang dibuka dipastikan berisi data, formula, shapes,
penggunaan fitur, dan semacamnya yang support atau tersedia pada Excel yang
akan membukanya
3. Sebisa mungkin menggunakan .xlsx jika file tersebut dibuat dengan
aplikasi Excel xl2007 ke atas
4. Pastikan meng-update Excel ke SP (Service Pack) terbaru termasuk
kemampuan compatibility-nya jika harus membuka file yang dibuat dari versi
Excel sebelumnya.
nah biasanya yang hanya 4 yang disebut di atas dari sekian banyak biasanya
yang lain itu bisa membuat Excel lebih nyaman dipakai tanpa recovery. Kalau
ndak sukses dengan 4 itu, berarti butuh biasanya yang lain :(

cara pencariannya. Jika diisi FALSE atau 0, maka harus yang sama persis.
Jika ingin mencari yang terakhir OK dari area pencarian yang terurut, isi

Bisa jadi spasi ada di setelah 'wo' atau sebelum dan sesudah '(' bahkan sebelum atau sesudah '/'. Yang jelas, sepertinya karakter '/' idealnya ada dibelakang '('. Yang diambil adalah dari setelah 'wo' sampai sebelum '(' atau '/' (tergantung yang mana yang duluan ada).
Dengan data di A2, maka cell hasil (dimana saja di baris 2), misal di B2 sepertinya bisa menggunakan formula :

Bagian :
Trim -> untuk memotong spasi (ASCII 32 saja) yang berlebih (didepan, dibelakang, atau ditengah teks)
Mid -> mengambil potongan teks dari karakter tertentu sebanyak sekian karakter tertentu
Find -> mencari posisi karakter tertentu dalam teks, dan dalam hal ini dibentuk sebagai larik 1 baris x 2 kolom
LookUp -> mengambil posisi karakter batas ('/' atau '(' yang diutamakan adalah '(' kalau ada)
-3 -> mengurangi posisi karakter batas dengan jumlah karakter teks 'wo' yaitu 2 dan mengurangi 1 lagi agar sampai di karakter sebelum karakter batas
Salah satu karakteristik fungsi LookUp adalah mengabaikan item larik yang tipe datanya berbeda dengan tipe data nilai lookup.
Jadi, ketika karakter '(' tidak ada dalam data, hasil Find adalah error value dan akan diabaikan karena nilai yang dilookup bertipe numerik (hasil 9^9)
Permasalahan akan muncul jika dalam data tidak ada karakter '(' dan '/' karena hasil Find akan berupa larik berisi error value semua. Hal ini akan menyebabkan hasil LookUp adalah error value. Maka trap error diperlukan disini. Bisa menggunakan IFError atau IsError dan sebagainya. Selain dengan fungsi trap error seperti itu, juga bisa dengan membuat data pasti memiliki karakter batas yang paling utama, yaitu karakter '/' dengan menambahkannya di paling akhir teks. Jadi formula dengan trap error akan berbunyi :
=Trim( Mid( a2 , 3 , LookUp( 9^9 , Find( { "/" , "(" } , a2 & "/" ) - 3) ) )
