I think that's what you need to do...I can't think of a better way.

I was wondering if anyone had any ideas of how to leverage perhaps one of the existing SMF functions (RCHGetTableData; RCHGetWebData, etc) to retrieve the RiskMetrics score from the NASDAQ website, for a particular ticker.

The website will allow you to directly enter the ticker into the URL (i.e. www.nasdaq.com/symbol/[ticker]/risk)
but the RiskGrade appears on the continuum further below on the webpage and I'm not sure if it is technically in a table field or otherwise retrievable with one of the existing SMF functions (I mostly rerieve data using the RCHGetElementNumber function, which won't work here...thanks for putting all these great functions on this Group by the way).

I'm not too savvy 'coding" as I barely understand how the RCHGetElementNumber function works), so was hoping there was a straight forward SMF function to retrieve a ticker RiskGrade into an Excel workbook.

Any thoughts would be appreciated.

Sorry, but the RiskGrade only appears on the image itself, so there's no
text for the add-in to extract.
