I was able to log into the website using VBA,

I kept that page open and then tried using some of your functions to extract. No luck - "error".

I'd hoped that by logging onto the protected site that the functions wouldn't have a problem. I can open another IE window (in Excel) and move to the various pages. So that works.

I'm guessing that when I use the SMF functions, it's not returning anything because the function uses a different method. Is there a way to see where it's failing?

Tried to debug and used your spreadsheet Quick-Webpage-Examination.xls with various functions.

Thanks

You may have needed to run the smfForceRecalculation macro after you logged
in. Otherwise, if you're retrying the same functions, they would come off
the same saved copies of the web page. smfForceRecalculation would purge
all the saved web page and make sure you get fresh copies of them to
extract data from...?
