You have two errors (well, actually three):

1. All Yahoo web page now need to be "https://" instead of "http://".
2. ">Prev Close" is no longer on the web page. It is now ">Previous Close"
3. The web page you are using no longer exists, and redirects to "
https://finance.yahoo.com/quote/TTS"

Making all three corrections, try something like:

=RCHGetTableCell("https://finance.yahoo.com/quote/"&A2,1,">Previous Close")
