I kept trying this last night, even with the smfForceRecalculation, and was able to get FB to work but EPAM would not.
This morning I rebooted my computer and they all seem to be working.
As a friend of my once said, "They are confusers, not computers". :)

Do you have your Internet Options set up to always gets a fresh copy of a
web page when visiting?
