[ExcelVBA] Adding an Add-in to Tool Bar in MS Excel 2007 after install of add-in

Okay, get all the laughter out of system now.  I'll wait and give you a moment.........OK ready?

The company I work for just got MS Office 2007.  We upgraded from MS Office 2000. (insert snickers here).
Obviously, there's these "new" things called ribbons in this version.

In the 2000 or 2003 office version all you had were drop down menus, and after installing various add-ins to Excel ,
you could go to the tools menu I believe, and click on the square for adding a specific add-in to your tool bar,
so that once selected it would actually display as a GUI and be part of your existing tool bar.

How do I find this menu list in the 2007 version of MS Excel if I want to add, an add-in to my tool bar?  Does anyone know how to get to this list of add-ins in 2007 Office?

Sigh...never mind that 2013 Office is coming out soon....

Merry Christmas and Happy Ho-Ho-Holidays everyone.
