Hi Noor,

See the below fine where I have used below formula to achieve the desired
result:-

{=IF(SUMPRODUCT(($B$2:$B$7<=$F$2)*($C$2:$C$7>=$F$2)*ROW($C$2:$C$7))>=1,1,"not
found")}
