Thanks Donn, it’s not bad but when I save it as a we HTML file  it reduces to 17kb , which is just madly different, So I’m not sure where I’m adding the overhead

1. 450kb is pretty email friendly.
2. Consider using Dropbox and sharing the link instead of the file.
