Assalamu'alaikum,

Mr. Bagus,

Sudah saya buat dan tampilan untuk data CHP bisa muncul dan bagaimana kalau saya ingin menjadikan kelompok, sehingga pada saat saya klik nama kelompok tersebut bisa muncul secara otomatis dan saya sudah mencobanya membuat kelompok tersebut melalui fasilitas name manager dan mengubah cell A1 dengan range ditambah kebawah tetapi pada saat saya klik nama kelompok tersebut tidak muncul secara otomatis.

Dan apakah bisa dibuatkan tampilan rownya secara otomatis mengikuti jumlah row pada name managernya (misal name MOS = muncul row = 3 dan satu row untuk total)?

Terima kasih formula tersebut sudah Ok (mengubah awal tanggal) dan untuk soal meriew data setelah saya coba ditambah data ke bawah sampai A165, formula tersebut tidak bisa hanya batas sampai A40, padahal rumus (helper) sudah diganti data!$A$5:$A$165 pada cell E5. Dan berikut file terlampir.
Apakah jika ada penambahan baris rumus di sheet view diubah dan bagaimana jika saya tambahkan kolom?

Terima kasih banyak atas pencerahannya dan ada lagi yang ingin saya tanyakan bagaimana caranya cell yang berisi tanggal (sembarang tanggal) dan cell lain ingin menghasilkan awal atau tanggal awal dari cell tersebut,
Misal cell A1 = 23/1/2014 dan bagaimana formulanya supaya pada cell B1 = 1/1/2014.

disusun *berkaidah
(sekedar berkaidah dan BUKAN sebagai) *tabel database.

Bolehkah mengubah cara menyusun data sumbernya ?

pivot diisi nama tabel di nomor 4 tadi

PERINGATAN!!!
Setiap kali usai mengubah data di sheet DataBatch (hapus, tambah, ganti)
lakukan refresh data dengan cara :
ribbon Home -> group Connections -> Refresh All

imho,
beban untuk menekan tombol menu Refresh All tidak akan seberat dan seriskan
meng-copy formula. Lagi pula, 1 pivot table awal bisa menjadi berbagai
sheet output dengan layout output berbeda tapi tetap cukup di-refresh
sekali saja dengan cara di atas.

Berbeda dengan penyusunan 15 output berbeda dengan lebih dari 15 macam
formula di 15 sheet berbeda yang menuntut setiap formula output di setiap
sheet harus di-copy ke baris baru ketika data baru menyebabkan kebutuhan
dimunculkannya output di baris yang baru dan belum ada formulanya.

Keribetan meng-copy formula output ini sering dibantah pengguna Excel
senior karena katanya, mereka sudah meng-copy formula sampai ratusan sampai
ribuan baris untuk mengantisipasi suatu saat data akan banyak dan
membutuhkan copy formula tersebut. Dan UMUMNYA, para user Excel senior
seperti ini akan ke milis lalu mengeluh
'OH MY EXCEL SANGAT LAMBAT TOOOLOOOONG....'
(terkadang nulisnya sampe gede semua gitu kaya lagi caper harus
diutamakan)
trus ketemu Kid yang masih yunior di Excel (soale masih imut-imut nih) n

PERINGATAN!!!
Setiap kali usai mengubah data di sheet DataBatch (hapus, tambah, ganti) lakukan refresh data dengan cara :
ribbon Home -> group Connections -> Refresh All

imho,
beban untuk menekan tombol menu Refresh All tidak akan seberat dan seriskan meng-copy formula. Lagi pula, 1 pivot table awal bisa menjadi berbagai sheet output dengan layout output berbeda tapi tetap cukup di-refresh sekali saja dengan cara di atas.

Berbeda dengan penyusunan 15 output berbeda dengan lebih dari 15 macam formula di 15 sheet berbeda yang menuntut setiap formula output di setiap sheet harus di-copy ke baris baru ketika data baru menyebabkan kebutuhan dimunculkannya output di baris yang baru dan belum ada formulanya.

Keribetan meng-copy formula output ini sering dibantah pengguna Excel senior karena katanya, mereka sudah meng-copy formula sampai ratusan sampai ribuan baris untuk mengantisipasi suatu saat data akan banyak dan membutuhkan copy formula tersebut. Dan UMUMNYA, para user Excel senior seperti ini akan ke milis lalu mengeluh
     'OH MY EXCEL SANGAT LAMBAT TOOOLOOOONG....'
          (terkadang nulisnya sampe gede semua gitu kaya lagi caper harus diutamakan)
trus ketemu Kid yang masih yunior di Excel (soale masih imut-imut nih) n Kid said :
    "Cape deh"  (wal hasil, di-reject postingannya karena kebanyakan huruf kapital)

Setelah user2 menginput kolom ke secara manual, maka user3 akan membuat record baru berisi 6 kolom di repeat. Apakah tidak bisa user3 membuatnya tersusun ke bawah menjadi 7 kolom (6 kolom seperti di sheet repeat tambah 1 kolom tanggal atau bulan).

Dengan data yang disusun ke bawah (vertikal) disertai sebuah kolom waktu sebagai pengenal setiap paket data, maka proses komputasi berbagai output bisa lebih simple formulanya atau bahkan bisa memanfaatkan fitur pivot table.

hehehe...
tapi yang namanya mengubah struktur data, maka biasanya akan muncul kalimat 'repot mengubahnya pak'. So, mo gimana lagi ya to..

PERINGATAN!!!
Setiap kali usai mengubah data di sheet DataBatch (hapus, tambah, ganti) lakukan refresh data dengan cara :
ribbon Home -> group Connections -> Refresh All

imho,
beban untuk menekan tombol menu Refresh All tidak akan seberat dan seriskan meng-copy formula. Lagi pula, 1 pivot table awal bisa menjadi berbagai sheet output dengan layout output berbeda tapi tetap cukup di-refresh sekali saja dengan cara di atas.

Berbeda dengan penyusunan 15 output berbeda dengan lebih dari 15 macam formula di 15 sheet berbeda yang menuntut setiap formula output di setiap sheet harus di-copy ke baris baru ketika data baru menyebabkan kebutuhan dimunculkannya output di baris yang baru dan belum ada formulanya.

Keribetan meng-copy formula output ini sering dibantah pengguna Excel senior karena katanya, mereka sudah meng-copy formula sampai ratusan sampai ribuan baris untuk mengantisipasi suatu saat data akan banyak dan membutuhkan copy formula tersebut. Dan UMUMNYA, para user Excel senior seperti ini akan ke milis lalu mengeluh
'OH MY EXCEL SANGAT LAMBAT TOOOLOOOONG....'
(terkadang nulisnya sampe gede semua gitu kaya lagi caper harus diutamakan)
trus ketemu Kid yang masih yunior di Excel (soale masih imut-imut nih) n Kid said :
"Cape deh" (wal hasil, di-reject postingannya karena kebanyakan huruf kapital)

Setelah user2 menginput kolom ke secara manual, maka user3 akan membuat record baru berisi 6 kolom di repeat. Apakah tidak bisa user3 membuatnya tersusun ke bawah menjadi 7 kolom (6 kolom seperti di sheet repeat tambah 1 kolom tanggal atau bulan).

Dengan data yang disusun ke bawah (vertikal) disertai sebuah kolom waktu sebagai pengenal setiap paket data, maka proses komputasi berbagai output bisa lebih simple formulanya atau bahkan bisa memanfaatkan fitur pivot table.

hehehe...
tapi yang namanya mengubah struktur data, maka biasanya akan muncul kalimat 'repot mengubahnya pak'. So, mo gimana lagi ya to..

Itu karena datanya berkembang, setelah dipilah sesuai dengan bulannya, kemudian penunjang data tsb di entry secara manual dengan mengacu pada nomor batch yaitu data repeat. Artinya nomor batch tsb ada pengulangan produksi dan tes karena off spec.

Pada kasus ini, dihitung tiap bulannya seberapa besar repeat tsb beserta item apa saja yang menyebabkan repeat, kemudian produk apa saja yang terkena repeat. Semua itu acuannya pakai nomor batch, sehingga perlu memunculkan data batch repeat.

Nilai data bertipe text tampak seperti suatu data tanggal dengan format m/d/yyyy akan diolah agar menghasilkan nilai data bertipe datetime, sehingga bisa diolah lebih luwes dan luas termasuk ditampilkan dalam format number apapun.
Contoh data : 9 januari 2014 tertulis di cell A1 sebagai teks (bertipe text) berbunyi 1/9/2014
Bagian tahun [yyyy] : (4 karakter terkanan)
right( a1 , 4 )
Bagian bulan [m] : (sebanyak karakter sebelum karakter '/' pertama)
left( a1 , find( "/" , a1 ) -1 )
Bagian nilai hari [d] : (mulai dari karakter '/' pertama data diambil sebanyak 4 karakter dari data yang sudah diubah karakter '/' nya menjadi 2 buah spasi)
mid( substitute( a1 , "/" , " " ) , find( "/" , a1 ) , 4 )
Kemudian menyusun data datetime berdasar informasi tahun, bulan, nilai hari dengan memanfaatkan fungsi date
=date( tahun , bulan , nilai_hari )
=date( right( a1 , 4 ) , left( a1 , find( "/" , a1 ) -1 ) , mid( substitute( a1 , "/" , " " ) , find( "/" , a1 ) , 4 ) )

btw:
Rumus yang dimasukkan tidak sama:
=MIN(1;SUMPRODUCT(($A4=CB_Jember!$LC$7:$LC$841

coba ganti rumus tersebut dengan angka yang sama misalnya jadi 842.

Didalam macro berikut (hasil dari record macro) saya ingin melakukan delet data yang berada di sheet 5,6,dan 7 pada range F4:M24 dan ini telah berhasil saya lakukan, dan dimacro yang berikutnya saya juga menyertakan Fungsi Untuk Undo data yang tadi diDelete menggunakan macro Delet tersebut tetapi kok tidak berhasil ya, ada debug pada bagian * ( Selection.undo ), mohon bantuannya pada rekan-rekan dan para master semua, bagaimana seharusnya penulisan yang benar ?

vba codenya sudah saya tambahkan tapi masih terjadi error reading terutama pada tanggal yang tahunnya bukan 2014 walapun tanggalnya sudah tahun 2015 tetapi pada kolom C masih membacanya 2014
