After 16 months, for some reason this quit working. I pulled up your old notes. I was able to change the -800 to -400 and it seems to work for now. I think that cefconnect.com must have changed their web pages.
In the process, I did look at "SMF-Quick-Webpage-Examination.xls". What URL should I use?

Maybe there was some glitch. I use this "Ticker" retrieval to insure that cefconnect, yahoo, and Morningstar are all on the same Ticker.Also, it may depend on the filters in the stock screen.
