Re: [ExcelVBA] Excel shortcut functionality for simple math

Its not VBA related, but here goes:

In the lower right hand corner of an excel sheet there is this word "NUM" and when you right click on it, a shortcut menu appears with the words that allow you to do some simply math functions, such as,

Average
Count
Count Nums
Max
Min
Sum

If you hold down a left click and highlight a range of numbers then pick one of these above functionalities it will do the calculation for you and display the result in the bottom middle below the worksheet.

NOW MY QUESTION:

If this functionality does not appear in the bottom right of your spreadsheet, exactly how do you get it back?  I don't even know what to call this shortcut menu, so I have no idea where to start or what terminology to use to find it??????

I know this is a strange and dumb question but please help
