The examples from non-premium areas work well. When I try to retrieve premium data , I get a Morningstar login screen. I have tried different combinations of loggin in and out.

You do need to create an IE security cookie, preferably by logging in via
the EXCEL Web Query dialog (keyboard shortcut alt+d+d+w). Logging in with
FireFox or Chrome will be irrelevant.
