It looks like the URLs being used are no longer available.

Not that I can see.

I would think Schwab would have their own option quotes pages, so their
formatting is probably gone anyway.

I download the most recent update to the add-in to correct some formula errors I was getting. Now RCHGetElementNumber is missing from my formulas function as an option so none of my formulas will now work. I deleted and re-added the latest add-in as of 9/16/17 in my excel options, still no luck. It has been a while since I had to update the SMF on my computer so maybe I missed a step?

The best way to update add-in files is to exit EXCEL, then update the
files, then restart EXCEL. If the functions aren't available after EXCEL is
restarted, use the add-in manager (alt+t+i) and make sure the SMF add-in is
activated there.

To make sure you have the new add-in up and running, check the version
number:

=RCHGetElementNumber("Version")

Thanks Randy. But after doing some digging the issue seems to be related to the "Microsoft Excel security message" and having to unblock the file. That is no problem to do, but the new issue is that my spreedsheet will not automatically calculate the formulas and I must go cell by and hit "enter" for the functions to work.

Has anyone else experience this issue and if so, have they found a work around? I haven't found anything in the chat as it relates to that. FYI, my calculations are set automatic but it still won't automatically calculate the RCH formulas.

You unblocked the XLA file before starting EXCEL, correct?

Another thing you can try is to go into the add-in manager, uncheck and
recheck the add-in.
