Randy,
Don't know what to say.
DE 809 did start working over the week end. Only thing different
from my latest message to you was that I turned the PC off on
Saturday night and back on on Monday morning.
I'm OK with it, but still puzzled.
Thank you very much for your insights and patience.
All the best,
Armando

What do you get with the following functions:
=RCHGetElementNumber("Version")=RCHGetElementNumber("Definition",
809)=RCHGetElementNumber("MMM",
809)=RCHGetTableCell("http://www.stockscores.com/charts/charts?ti\
cker=MMM <http://www.stockscores.com/charts/charts?ticker=MMM>
",1,"Day Support
1")=RCHGetTableCell("http://www.stockscores.com/charts/charts?tic\
ker=MMM <http://www.stockscores.com/charts/charts?ticker=MMM>
",0,"Day Support
1")=RCHGetWebData("http://www.stockscores.com/charts/charts?ticke\
r=MMM <http://www.stockscores.com/charts/charts?ticker=MMM>
","Day Support 1",80)

Latest on the puzzle.
Started from scratch.
(1) Deleted new folder.
(2) Reinstalled older version.
(3) Fixed all links using SMFFIXLINKS on the spreadsheet with
older version. All working except Data Element 809.
(4) Extracted new version from the same ZIP into older folder.
(5) Replaced older SMF version with newer one.
(6) All working except DE 809.
Back to square one.
What to do now?

This formula is no longer working for me:

=smfGetOptionStrikes(A3, M3, "C", "OX")

where A3 = Ticker symbol
M3 = Expiry date

It used to work until I had to re-install Windows10 recently. I've seen some discussion here about OX & wondering if that may be the problem.

Any help would be appreciated. Many thanks in advance.

Sorry, but OptionsXpress is no longer a usable data source. They are kaput.
