[ExcelVBA] disablle legend for secondary axis

 

I have an Excel chart which shows different failure categories on the x axis. The primary Y axis shows the failing devices (different color per device) as a stacked graph per failure category. The secondary Y axis shows the cumulative percentage of the failure categories. The legend shows the color codes for the devices, and "Cumulative %" as last legend entry. So, the legend looks like this:

[yellow] Device 1
[red] Device 2
[blue] Device 3
[green] Device 4
[black] Cumulative %

How can I keep the legend for the devices (primary Y axis) only, but disable the phrase "Cumulative %" (secondary Y axis).
