doubtful for a variety of reasons.
First and foremost, it is unlikely and un-dependable that I would be able to access an email account from the completion venues.

(for about half of the events, I cannot even get a cell signal from the gymnasium)
so my Bluetooth likely would not be able to connect to a device that can access an internet email server.

If your BlueTooth connection can access your email account, you could send the file via Excel
to your email address.  Is that allowable ?
