Thanks for your help Randy I appreciate it. In regards to updating the
element definition which was created on 5/12/12, I click save target as and
go to SMF folder I created and tell it to replace the file that already
exists and click ok. However for some reason it does not showing the
element as being updated afterward and therefore I still recieve the error
when running the model. I tried to copy the element and pasting directly
but I keep getting a message as that I do not have permission to update the
file. How do I update the element correctly?

If you can't update the file, you're not going to be able to update the
element definition.

Can you delete the file first, before placing the new download file in the
folder?
