I can't seem to be able to extract the "Next Earnings Date" from this page: http://finance.yahoo.com/q?s=msft&ql=1

Does someone have an example?

Thanks!

=RCHGetTableCell("http://finance.yahoo.com/q?s=msft&ql=1",1,"Next Earnings Date:",,,,0)

This will get it for you, but not from that page - I don't think.

=RCHGetElementNumber("MSFT",1285)

Sometimes when I am working with data, I turn off the add-in by going into FILE>>OPTIONS>>ADD-INS>>GO... and then unchecking the add-in from addins list. My first question: is there a short-cut for this? My second question, when having more than one excel file open, is it possible to disable the add-in for one file and keep it working for the others?

The keyboard shortcut alt+t+i brings up the add-in manager, so you could
uncheck and disable the add-in.

I don't know of a way to selectively disable the add-in for different
workbooks.
