=smfPricesByDates("^DJI","31-jan-2005") = not working

=smfPricesByDates("^FTSE","31-jan-2005") = 4852.30

Sorry, but Dow Jones has restricted access to their indexes, so Yahoo can
no longer offer such data in the CSV file format that the function uses.

Hi all,
I am new to your group and was wondering if anyone has set up a program to download the morning star fair value estimates and the recommended buy under price and transfer this to an excel spreadsheet.
cheers
Darryl

There are several files containing the proprietary items for people with
subscriptions. For example:

RCHGetTableCell-Template-Morningstar-Stock-Grades.xls

Hi Randy,
Thanks for the very fast reply and info. I did the following
1. Downloaded the excel
spreadsheet RCHGetTableCell-Template-Morningstar-Stock-Grades.xls from your
website
2. entered data ,import external data, new web query, input the url of the
morningstar site portfolio section and input my premium membership
password. The site opened into my portfolio.
3. The spreadsheet showed results for AAPL as an example.
4. I entered MSFT or other stock symbols and all I got was ###### across
each of the cells;.I entered f9 to recalc but nothing happened
Do you know what I may have done wrong. I am using MS excel 2003.

cheers
Darryl

Is it possible you had location errors (i.e. unresolved links)? See the
LINKS area of the group for more info. What does your formula in cell C12
look like?

While in the LINKS area of the group, check out the smfForceRecalculation
items. F9 is not the proper way to recalc the add-in functions.
