Can you post a screen shot of what the VBA project explorer panel looks like
after you've closed the .xls file?

File format is XLS (since tit neds to work also with XLS 2003), but I
tredi and saved as XLM (version 2010) and have the sam issue. There are
some other projects open siunce I loaad several Add-ins, but they never
interfered with any others macro projects. Workbook names are ok, and I
named the project also with a valid but also unique name. No projects
have the same name.
