[ExcelVBA] Re: VLookup??

There are several approaches.  One would be to have a key column consisting of lname & fname.

It would look  like PuryearSharron and reference to this.  It is still possible there will be duplicates though.  Other solutions would need vba.

You could put a cell on your form using something like 

=Countif(lname range, cell where surname is) then make this cell invisible when the value<2 but have a red fill otherwise.

This would just alert you to problems when the name was Smith.

Without knowing how the form is filled in it is difficult to be more precise.
