Did you try running the smfForceRecalculation macro after you signed in?
The add-in extracts data from SAVED copies of the web pages. So if you try
the function, then login, the function results aren't going to change,
since the same SAVED copy of the web page is still being used by the
add-in. The macro purges that saved web page and forces the add-in to get a
fresh copy from the Internet.
BTW, you don't need to create a web query. Just log in. Once you're logged
in, you can just cancel out of the EXCEL Web Query dialog.

also when I do an Alt+d+d+w the dialog box that opens up is my IE start page

Sounds right. It's just an IE object, based on your IE options. You need to
navigate to the web page where you need to log in.

the web to get target price...become more hard to get...
with prior trick..it can't work again...

But you need the change of the year to be reflected in the URL...
As is, the only "Target Prices" table to retrieve is the header line. This
returns the table:
