Well something is not working right I must check it why!

I replace the old files by the new ones in SMF Add-In folder but excel is ignoring it and I still don't know how can this be.

Thank you again for your valuable support and if you have any guess about what maybe wrong please let me know.

Kind Regards

You should update the files when EXCEL is closed. EXCEL only loads add-ins
at startup time.

Otherwise, some people have the add-in located in multiple folders (for
whatever reason), and update the files in the folder that is not being used
by EXCEL.

I have the new version (see attached pic), but smfGetCSVFile not working. The link for CSV file is correct (http://ichart.finance.yahoo.com/table.csv?s=UVXY&ignore=.csv), but no data is brought in to excel; pivot table problem?

Actually, the problem is not with the add-in. I had to change the
RCHGetYahooHistory() function because Yahoo changed the URL. You're still
using the old URL with smfGetCSVFile().

Just change your URL to be an "https://" protocol instead of "http://" and
it should work.

If you search Yahoo Finance for a foreign stock - say Unilever - you'll
get about a dozen listings, on several different exchanges, complete
with their exchange suffices.

Similarly if you search randomly for stocks containing Paris, or Berlin,
or whatever - you'll get another half dozen exchange suffices from each
search.
