is there a way to pull data to for CEFs on Morningstar? mainly calculate NAV prem/discount for closed end funds?? For example Ticker FEI

The web page you posted is one that is dynamically built, so the data isn't
actually within the source code of the web page. Instead, try these
extractions from a web page used to build that one:

I'd suggest searching the Yahoo group for CEF. There have been several
discussions of it in the last year or so.
