I don't know what to tell you. #NAME? to me means the function doesn't
exist, which means the add-in isn't available.
Is there something in place that prevents add-ins from loading or being
used?

1. I don't know what may be preventing the add-ins from loading.
2. I had to overwrite the add-in again this morning to get it to work.
3. The path to the add-in is again getting encoded, e.g.,
='C:\SMF Add-In\RCH_Stock_Market_Functions.xla'!RCHGetYahooQuotes(A6,"j6")
even though I changed all the formulas by hand.
4. Calculations option in formulas is set to automatic.
5. I still cannot see the macros, e.g., smfFixLinks. See

Did you try unblocking the add-in, as suggested in the MIcrosoft
work-around (You should exit EXCEL before doing this)?
That's the only other thing I can think to try.

same computer or switching between computers? If you are using multiple
computers, try just using one and see if you can get it working.

Since I realized there was path encoding a while back, I have made it a point to use only 1 computer with the spreadsheet in question.
