Your formula is not getting data from Yahoo, so its not any kind of issue
with Yahoo blocking an IP address.

Your error looks like EXCEL flagged it as an unresolved link, because you
have a folder path in front of your function invocation. You can run the
smfFixLinks macro to remove those unresolved links, and then the function
invocation will use the function it can find it the list of add-ins from
the add-in manager.

Such unresolved links usually occur either because the add-in isn't active
in add-in manager, or the add-in manager is pointing to the add-in in a
different folder location.
