as a result of your latest here is what I have done -
Loaded new file
Checked that logging was enabled as well as asynchronous processing
Checked that smf Add-in was current version
Input a ticker at A2
Array entered at cell B1,B2 =RCHGetYahooQuotes(A2,"l1c1") - valid data appeared 85 seconds after entry
At C1, entered =RCHGetYahooQuotes(A2,"n") – valid display after 85 seconds
Array entered =RCHGetYahooHistory("MMM",,,,,,,,"DHLC") at D3-G13 with instant results, Note MMM used as ticker
Here is the resulting log for these entries –

Your continuing patience with an old, frustrated chap in his eightieth year is amazing. I'm not afraid to try new things, but this Yahoo History problem has taxed my capabilities. I will not succeed without the expertise of a professional. Forever grateful for your help Randy.

When I try:

=RCHGetYahooQuotes(A2,"l1c1")
=RCHGetYahooHistory("MMM",,,,,,,,"DHLC")

...I get:

Time Stamp Duration Called URL
2017-07-24 22:22:59 0.2813 https://download.finance.
yahoo.com/d/quotes.csv?s=MMM&f=sl1c1&e=.ignore
2017-07-24 22:24:17 2.9453 https://finance.yahoo.com/
quote/MMM/history?period1=0&period2=1609459200&interval=
1d&filter=history&frequency=1d

...which is in line with what I expect to see. The "called URL" values
appear to be the same as yours.

At first, I suspected the consistency of the near 85 second duration on
your results might be Yahoo timing out on the requests, but then you'd
be getting
"Error" returned instead of valid data. So that has me stumped. I'm also
curious why two of your requests only took around 0.03 seconds, when all
the rest are near 85.

Do you have some type of firewall in place? Try having the Task Manager
open to one side as you enter a request and sort by decreasing CPU usage.
When you have a request that takes 85 seconds, which applications pop to
the top for CPU usage? Maybe if you went into the IE options and deleted
all of your temporary Internet files? Maybe something is hanging around
there that is causing a delay? Do you use IE as a browser? Does it have
delays when you use Yahoo quotes services?

Hmm. Have you checked for viruses lately?

If it's not obvious, I'm grasping for straws at the moment. I am very
confused.

FYI Randy:

Unadj Close data is back. I wish Yahoo would stop making these changes.

No worries. The add-in uses the labeled JSON data, not the positional
columns on the web page or in the CSV file.
