what are the comma's -- do we need one for each column?

Did you look at the documentation for the function? Rather than have me
repeat it here, tell me where you're not understanding it.

The ">Low" could be anything in the top row of the table that is unique.
Column headings can work well, but not always. It depends on what else is
in the web page. It's all about finding unique search terms.

The commas are needed as placeholders for parameters that aren't used.

The column and row parameters are just telling the function how many of
those to skip after the search(es) are done.

A spreadsheet I use with the above formula is still returning a value and not an error like 848 is. Is this data correct? Thanks.

It appears to be. It's just part of the brokerage recommendations, not a
Zack's premium item.
