You could either put a button on the form or in the close event of the form
put
Application.visible = true

Or Thisworkbook.visible=true

Depends on how it is hidden.

OK, I just stumbled across one way to get back to seeing the worksheet. That
is, I opened another excel file and as soon as I did I saw an icon at the
bottom of my screen that allowed me to click open the worksheet.
