This is a portion of the workbook I use to keep track of my vacation schedule. If you change the year in cell B1, it will create a new worksheet.selecting a cell (or group of cells) and clicking one of the "Scheduled" or "Used" buttons will modify the selected cells to append a letter.the totals on the left keep track of scheduled and used vacation days (half and full days only) to remove the flag, select the cell and hit the "clear" button. Since the clear macro utilizes adjacent cells to determine the correct replacement cell value, sometimes the cells don't reset properly. For instance, if you've scheduled the last two weeks of the month as vacation, then choose to reset the last week, all adjacent cells are not valid dates, so it may not reset. (I instead clear the first week, then the second, then reschedule the first) It's worked fine for me since 2008 !!! Paul-----------------------------------------
