Hi Randy,

Wow, you're the man. It works (Excel: menu bar, Data, Import External Data, New Web Query, Login to gurufocus-premium from there).

If I want to buy a newer version of Excel for use with SMF Addin, would you recommend Excel 2010 or 2013?

Thanks very much for all your great work!

No experience there, sorry. I'm currently on EXCEL 2007.

Lazy me, I usually upgrade operating systems and EXCEL whenever I get a new
computer. :)

Randy I have been away recovering from Cancer. I opened my AdvFn worksheets and nothing is working. I receive the word Error. On the data dump the number of periods no longer calculates, it returns an error.
I changed to Office 365, deleted the SMF folder out of the programs file and added the c:\Add-in, as instructed.
I confirmed that the version number was correct.

I am having issues with more functions, but will leave it at this. Has anything happened with the AdvFn functions or website?

Thanks
Steven

You'll need the latest beta version of the add-in to access AdvFN web pages.

Good luck with the cancer. A number of individuals in my family have had it
and recovered from it.
